The Bold 9000 features a large HVGA color LCD, GPS and support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a, b and g. The smartphone includes a media player for music, videos and photos, and a two-megapixel camera with video recording.
Meantime, RIM is promoting the BlackBerry Storm or Thunder 9500,tagged as RIM’s iPhone killer. Unluckily again it would seem that RIM is
undergoing delays in launching the device, this time on Verizon’s network. It was found out when tested the device a few months ago, that there were still problems with the touchscreen experience.

Once Apple released its MacBook Pro laptop , reviewers named it an evolutionary improvement and bragged its new GeForce 8600 GT mobile graphics processor, made by Nvidia. Now some models may have faulty chips. Apple eventually admitted afterwards, that three MacBook Pro models manufactured between May 2007 and September 2008, including the 15-inch, 17-inch and Early 2008, may have faulty chips.
Though they enunciated it was not at fault in a note placed on its MacBook Pro Web site. Nvidia told Apple that Mac computers with the graphics processors were not affected.
Only after Apple’s own investigation, they decided few MacBook Pro computers with the GeForce processors were affected. If the Nvidia graphics processor in your MacBook Pro has failed, or fails within two years of purchase, a repair will be free, even out of warranty. Bring them to an Apple sales outlet.
